Pricing for 2025
For events 10 hours or less - hourly rental available Mondays through Thursdays at the rate of $300.00 per hour.
13-hours (10am - 11pm) weekend rental on Fridays & Sundays is $4,000.00 and Saturdays are $4,500.00 with 60% of the
rental fee due at the time of contract to secure your event date and the balance of 40% is due 9 months prior.

Amenities we provide:
- Two Ceremony gardens to choose from. The beautiful floral "English Garden" or the natural forest "Hidden Garden".
- Our 100-foot reception tent includes barn wood tables, mixed chairs, dancefloor, chandelier lighting & green garland.
- We offer a rustic bar area, a dessert gazebo, a covered food buffet area, a food prep room & two changing areas.
- We have a greeting gift table, two restrooms with handwashing sink, smoking area & trash cans.
- Our venue is abundant with lots of rustic charm, flower filled vintage decorum & natural backdrops for photography.
- We rent our venue as the same style of renting a beach house, as we get everything looking beautiful for your private use, but you get to choose all of your own vendors. We happily share a list of professionals, but the choice is yours.
- Our maximum capacity is 175 guests and we're open from June through the 1st weekend in October.
Coming Summer 2025 our Forest "Hidden Garden"
We are excited to announce that we are developing a second option ceremony garden deep in our lush green woods, which we intend to look very similar to these images. Available for summer 2025 ceremonies.

Our reception tent with soft lighting and dance floor offers your guests the perfect party atmosphere to celebrate and dance the night away. And for the happy couple, Vintage Doors and lace curtains accent the backdrop for our newlyweds at their sweetheart table.
